We process and fulfill all orders out of our warehouse in Brooklyn, New York. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped free of charge. Depending on your shipping address’s proximity to Brooklyn, New York you will receive your shoes in as little as 3 business days but no more than 10 business days.
We will also provide you with shipment tracking information as soon as your shoes leave our warehouse. If you need your shoes sooner, we offer expedited shipping quoted directly at checkout.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange any purchased item we ask that you contact us at email@example.com and include your original order number. We will respond to return requests right away with a prepaid return label.
Sooner than later: If you return the product within 21 days of the original shipping date, the full purchase price (less a $6 processing fee) will be credited back to the original form of purchase. Refunds may only be issued to the original credit card on file.
Not so soon: If the return is requested after 21 days of the original shipping date, we will issue you a store credit.
Later than sooner: All sales that are made 60 or more days prior are final.
Please keep in mind that in order to process any return or exchange, the returned product must have only been worn indoors and kept on carpeted or similar surfaces – no scratches please.
We will notify you via email once your returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse. If the items meet the return criteria specified above, your credit card will be refunded automatically within 5 business days of receipt.
All sales placed using coupon codes are final.
